We make travel planning simple. From the first conversation to your return home, we design and manage personalized travel experiences so you can travel confidently and stress-free. We have a four step process to ensure you will have memorable vacation. 

1st Step

Consultation: 

Every trip starts with a conversation. We learn your travel style, preferences, and priorities—while guiding you through options you may not have considered. This allows us to clearly define what matters most and set the foundation for a perfectly tailored vacation. If we agree that we can help you plan a wonderful vacation we enter into our Vacation Enrichment Plan agreement. 

2nd Step

Research & Design

Once we have your destinations and dates, we conduct in-depth research to create a customized itinerary. We evaluate flights, hotels, and cruise options based on value, comfort, and experience—often identifying better routes, pricing opportunities, or upgrades along the way.

3rd Step

Proposal & Confirmation

You’ll receive a clear, detailed proposal outlining your itinerary and pricing. We refine the plan based on your feedback and, once confirmed, provide a complete itinerary with transparent payment timelines and reminders.

4th Step

Booking & Travel Support

We handle all bookings and logistics, monitor schedule changes, and prepare your travel documents. Before departure, you’ll receive destination-specific guidance and checklists. While you travel, we remain available to assist with any unexpected needs. Plus we always include a coffee experience with every itinerary.

Our complimentary mobile app gives you instant access to your itinerary, documents, and destination guides—most available offline. You’ll also receive real-time flight updates while traveling.

Vacation Enrichment Plan

Our pricing reflect the time and expertise required to design your trip. Pricing varies by destination and complexity, with typical ranges including:

  • Custom made to order itineraries: Starting at $295 per household

  • Group travel: Custom pricing

1. 🔁 How many revisions are included?

Each vacation plan includes up to two revisions. This allows us to fine-tune your itinerary while keeping the planning process efficient and focused.

2. 🌍 What if I want to change cities or destinations after the plan is finalized?

Once your vacation plan is finalized, changes such as adding or switching cities or destinations will incur an additional planning fee due to the added research, redesign, and coordination involved.

3. 💼 How is pricing displayed?

All pricing is presented on a package basis. We do not provide line-item pricing. 

4.💰 What is the average charge per person per day?

Pricing varies based on itinerary complexity, number of private tours, and hotel preferences. As a general guideline, custom travel planning typically starts at $500 per person, per day.

5.🛡️ Do I need travel insurance?

Yes. Travel insurance is strongly recommended. All travel packages are offered on a non-refundable basis, making insurance essential to protect your investment.

6.⏳ How long do I have to review and approve the proposal?

Once your proposal is delivered, you have five (5) days to review and provide approval. If the planning process extends beyond 30 days without approval, a new vacation plan will be required and the original planning fee will apply again, as pricing, availability, and logistics may change.
